At Royal Wrist, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or significantly different product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Important: Unboxing Video Required

For any claim related to a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product, a clear and continuous unboxing video is mandatory.

The video should:

• Be recorded before opening the package.
• Clearly show the shipping package and label.
• Show the complete opening of the package.
• Clearly show the product and any issue or damage.
• Not be edited or interrupted.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

• The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.
• Original packaging, tags, accessories, and other included items should be retained.
• The product must not show signs of misuse, accidental damage, or unauthorized modification.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, Royal Wrist will review the claim.

If the claim is approved, the eligible refund will be processed through the applicable payment method or as otherwise communicated by our customer-care team.

Refund processing time may depend on the payment provider or banking system.

Non-Eligible Returns

Returns may not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow product-care instructions.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact Royal Wrist as soon as possible after placing the order.

Orders can generally be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In such cases, the customer may need to follow the applicable return process after delivery.
